Hi my name is karon Bannister im not from Athens Tennessee my husband been here working had a serious oil leak was leaking oil from the oil filter housing gasket at a rate of a gallon every hundred miles took it first to matlock they not only diagnosed the problem put new filter and 3 quarts of oil and didn't charge anything and told us to go to j pro they were awsome took us back to hotel while they worked on the van not only did they fix the original problem but found another leak and fixed it as well they were friendly fast and reasonable I would recommend them not only to anyone locally but especially to someone passing through thanks j pro very satisfied

I have been taking my vehicles here for a few yrs now either for routine services or major repairs and it is the only place I will take my vehicles. I know I can trust them and they have fast and very friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone. They are my vehicles Doctor!!!

Had a very weird noise my car was making. I could not figure it out. Took it to Jpro and they found an exhaust leak and repaired it. Car sounds great now. A+ service and knowledge on repairs.

I work for a small company an had one of our trucks break down in Athens, TN. I am a Maryland based company. So of course practicality I called all car care companies on google and the third company I tried was J-PRO. I called and spoke with JIM< (who was awesome!) fixed my truck in literally 15 minutes!!! Thanks GOD! and the price was $203.00, when I was expecting $350-400, again THANK GOD. My point, very HONEST company and I am female with mechanical issues, typically a male would try to take advantage of me in this situation but all JIM did was help, thanks you for all you do and I will keep them in my email folder for any future repair I may need in Athens, TN!
